An additional fee may be charged if the character visit goes over the time specified in the package. All deposits are non-refundable.
Travel fees may apply and will be estimated after confirmation of your booking request.
We recommend having our performers arrive approx. 30 mins-1 hour after your event has started to preserve character integrity.

COVID-19 SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES
The following guidelines apply for all in-person events and meet-and-greets as of June 1st, 2021.
All character appearances lasting an hour or longer will require a Character Attendant present to help with event logistics and uphold our social distancing guidelines.
All in-person events must take place outdoors or in indoor spaces with proper ventilation.
We highly recommend:
At each event, all of our performers and attendants will:
* If a performer is feeling unwell the day of an event, they are required to stay home to protect their health, and another performer will be sent in their place.
Performers are advised to avoid frequent physical contact such as handholding and hugs to avoid the spread of germs.
Most activities/games will not require physical contact, such as freeze dance, hide-and-seek, charades, and other character-themed activities.
If the number of guests at your event changes, we must be informed at least 1 week prior to the scheduled event.
We ask that all clients choose an alternate character choice for their event in case the first choice is unavailable. If an alternate character is needed, you will be informed within 1 week of your booking confirmation.
Please note that an additional fee will be charged for characters not currently listed on our Character Breakdown.
If you would like to change the character you initially requested, you must do so within a week of receiving confirmation of your event from our staff so that we can make the proper accommodations.
Rose Petal Tip: We highly recommend booking your characters with a Character Attendant, one of our trained employees who will assist our character(s) with activities, storytime, setup and packup, and other event essentials to preserve character integrity, ensure that the event runs smoothly, and (most importantly) keep the magic alive!
Additional activities or games that you would like our performer to partake in at your event should be clearly explained in your booking request and our company must be aware of it at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Added activities may be subject to an additional fee.
Damage to Rose Petal materials (costumes, wigs, event supplies) under client's supervision is expected to be reimbursed by said client.
Any disrespect or ill-mannered behavior towards our entertainers is not accepted. Please remain courteous to our cast, and keep the magic alive!
For the sake of our entertainers, Rose Petal Parties does not currently offer mascot/fuzzy characters. We offer face characters only at this time.
